About Our Concrete Work in Rancho Santa Margarita
We pour driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways for homeowners, and we stay involved after the forms come off. You get a clear plan before work starts, a careful pour, and a visit afterward to check the slab and walk you through how to care for it.

How We Approach a Concrete Job
We have been in business 15+ years, and we are licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB). That time has taught us that most concrete problems start below the surface. A slab cracks or settles because the subgrade was soft, the base rock was too thin, or the control joints were cut too far apart. So we spend real time on preparation: compacting the soil, setting the base, placing rebar or wire on chairs so it sits in the middle of the slab, and planning joints so the concrete cracks where we want it to.
On pour day we watch the things that decide how the slab ages. We check the mix and avoid adding extra water at the truck, because a wetter mix is easier to place but weaker and more prone to surface scaling. We finish at the right time, not while bleed water is still on top, and we start curing right away so the surface does not dry faster than the concrete beneath it.
The part many contractors skip is what happens after. Concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks, and the first month shapes how it holds up. We check back once the work is done, look at the joints and surface with you, and explain when you can walk on it, park on it, seal it and wash it.
What You Can Expect From Us
- 01
A written scope before we start
Your estimate spells out slab thickness, base depth, reinforcement, finish and joint layout. If the soil or an old slab turns out worse than expected once we dig, we show you photos and talk it through before any change.
- 02
A follow-up visit after the pour
We come back after the job to check the surface, the joints and the drainage with you. You get plain care instructions: how long to keep vehicles off, when sealing makes sense, and which acid cleaners, rust removers and pressure-washer settings to avoid.
- 03
Coverage after we leave
Our work is backed by a 1-year warranty. If something comes up during those first twelve months, call us and we will come out to look at it with you.
- 04
A protected, clean site
We protect your siding, landscaping and hardscape edges from splatter and form stakes. When we leave, the forms, spoils and washout are gone with us.
Where We Work
We work at homes across Rancho Santa Margarita and the surrounding area, including Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Coto de Caza, Las Flores, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Hills and Laguna Woods. Many lots here sit on clay soils that swell when wet and shrink as they dry, which is why we take compaction, base depth and drainage seriously on every slab. You can see the full list on our Service Areas page, and each service, from Driveways to Walkways and Sidewalks, has its own page with details.
