Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Concrete Contractor Rancho Santa Margarita, a concrete company working in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The site is informational. It describes the concrete work we do, such as driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways, and gives you a phone number to reach us. You cannot buy anything, book a job or create an account here.

General Information, Not a Quote

What we write about concrete is general. A slab's thickness, rebar or wire mesh, base depth, control joint spacing and finish all depend on the soil, slope, drainage and use at your home. A page describing a typical driveway or patio cannot account for those conditions.

Treat the content as background reading. Nothing here is a price, a scope of work or a promise that a given design suits your property. Those answers come after we talk with you and look at the site.

Quotes and Project Terms

Quotes are given by phone and confirmed after we see the job. Any work we perform is governed by the written agreement we sign with you for that project, which spells out the scope, materials, schedule and payment. If that agreement and this page ever differ, the signed agreement controls for your project.

Photos and Written Content

The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print or share a page for your own personal use. Please do not copy our content to another website or use it for commercial purposes without asking first.

Photos show the kinds of finishes and layouts we work with. Color, texture and stamped patterns vary from pour to pour because cement, aggregate and curing conditions vary, so a photo is a reference rather than an exact match.

Limits of Responsibility

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors, gaps or interruptions. To the extent California law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information here instead of getting advice about your own project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any question about them is handled under California law, in the county where our business operates.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms when the site changes. The version posted here is the one that applies when you visit. If something on this page is unclear, a quick conversation at (949) 990-5653 lets us walk you through it in plain terms.
